Assemble giant skeletons bone by bone in a hands-on mixed-reality puzzle featuring dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures.
Winner of the Meta Horizon Start Developer Competition.
The short three-month development cycle of Le Dino Labo was a real challenge. However, working under strong constraints led to many impactful design decisions.
MY ROLE
• Led the project using Agile methodologies (Sprint planning, Scrum), coordinating development and ensuring timely delivery.
• Designed and implemented core gameplay systems, including player controls and SDK integrations. Iterated on mechanics and responsiveness to improve overall game feel.
• Performance & Physics Optimization. Improved performance by up to 40% through profiling and targeted optimizations
• Created and implemented audio elements, ensuring consistency with gameplay feedback and overall experience.
• Playtesting & Iteration
• Implemented and tuned VFX to enhance player feedback and moment-to-moment experience.


Designed and integrated user interface elements to support gameplay clarity and user experience. The goal was to create a really accessible and ergonomic experience.

Helped designing the store cover page using A/B testing to improved by roughtly 50% the conversion rate
